- 24 Hours Count as 1 Day: Counting 24 hours as 1 day, starting from the agreed-upon time for car pickup.
- Free Car Pickup and Delivery: Within the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Additional Charges for Off-Hours - Pickup/Delivery: There will be an extra charge for car pickup or delivery outside of regular business hours.
- Credit Card Required for Damage Deposit: Renters must use a credit card for a vehicle damage deposit of 10,000 Baht (with pre-authorization).
- Renter Documentation: The renter, the person picking up the car, and the credit card owner must be the same person.
